Delivery was quick, the goods are fine so far, as a new customer you have to feel around the sizes a bit. However, I find returns very complicated because you actually always need a printer for the returns slip. This just has to be in the package and is not included. Refunds also take a long time. Not a shop for frequent orders for me.

Absolutely great things, I'm thrilled that they fit so well. The cardigan is sewn inwards at the collar and unfortunately it flares outwards at the front. Therefore only 4*
